    • Description

"Rose-pink and luminous in the glass, like the first blush of dusk. The aromatics rise gently — wild strawberry, redcurrant, and raspberry leaf, balanced by a delicate undercurrent of juniper and dried herbs.

On the palate, it’s gentle but defined. The fruit is there — bright and tart — but so is structure. There’s a touch of pinot character in the body — not just the colour, but the dry grip that tugs softly at the finish. Juniper threads through the centre, while citrus peel and white pepper add lift and edge.

The finish is subtle and dry, with a faint echo of red berry and spice — more of a suggestion than a statement.

In summary: Not a novelty gin, but a thoughtful expression of place and grape. It walks a fine line between playfulness and poise, and it does so beautifully."
