From the Stoney Rise website:
"Joe and Lou Holyman are making some of Australia’s most exciting wines. Based on the Tamar in Tasmania, these are wines of modest alcohol that let the fruit flavours shine. They have build and age really well. We took the two new release 2022 Holyman wines for a test drive last night and they are brilliant. 2022 Holyman Pinot Noir: Joe Holyman has vintage experience at Domaine Dujac, and the nose is almost Dujac 'Moreyesque' with its blue fruits and florals spice. It is an approachable wines, with a rich and creamy core. There’s good underlying minerality and it is a wine of flesh and depth, finishing with precision and fanning out on the finish. It should age really well. There’s around 75% whole bunch here. "
