Knocklofty Garden Party Gin is produced at the family farm distillery in Spring Bay, Tasmania, using a combination of eleven botanicals — three of which are Tasmanian native species: Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, and Tasmanian Wattleseed. The botanicals are steeped in the base spirit for 24 to 48 hours before distillation in a copper pot still. Additional juniper and liquorice root are vapour-infused through the neck of the still during distillation. Surplus seasonal berries — including blackcurrant, blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry — from Westerway Farm in Tasmania are steeped in the gin after distillation to produce the Garden Party's fruity, berry-driven character. Bottled at 32% ABV in 500ml format.

Knocklofty gins are produced using a copper pot still and draw on a selection of Tasmanian native botanicals — including Tasmanian Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, and Tasmanian Wattleseed — sourced from the island's rich native flora, alongside seasonal and locally grown produce. The Garden Party and Raspberry Garden gins both incorporate surplus berries from Tasmania's Westerway Farm, steeped directly in the gin to produce their characteristic fruit character.
