    1. No, you do not have to bring if you do not want to, we will have wines on tasting however this is designed to bring like minded guests together to celebrate the joy of wine!
  2. Do I have to share my wines at the event with people I do not know?
    1. No, you can choose who you want to share your wines with. Your wines will remain on your table or the table tub for whites / sparkling.
  3. Can I request to sit with other guests?
    1. Yes of course and this is encouraged

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy your experience with confidence. If you need to request a refund or cancellation, please review our policy below.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made at least 14 Days before the scheduled event
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • In case of event cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • United Cellars requests all clients attending the event to provide full contact details, including dietary requirements.
  • Tickets can be transferred to another person if you cannot attend

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the event; a full refund or credit available.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days notice prior to the event; refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
  • In the circumstance that an event is canceled due to government-imposed restrictions, a full refund or credit will be given, where possible.
  • Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): As these are limited ticket events, cancellation more than 21 days, a full refund or credit is available.
  • Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): cancellation less than 21 days, refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
