Lobo Apple Brandy is produced from the orchard's own apple cider at the Lenswood estate in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. The cider is double-distilled in copper pot stills before being aged for a minimum of three years in French oak barrels — a maturation period that develops the soft apple fruit character of the base spirit into a brandy of depth and roundness. The French oak delivers vanilla, spice, and subtle tannins that complement the delicate fruit. Lobo Apple Brandy was awarded a place in Australia's Best Spirits Top 20. The use of the estate's own orchard apples provides a traceable, single-origin provenance from fruit to bottle. Bottled at 40.1% ABV.
