Tasting Notes
Intense and expressive yellow colour, with hints of green tones in the rims. On the nose, the first impression is of freshly cut hay and other vegetal aromas. Then the aromas of flowers and white fruit (pear, apple) appear. On the palate, it expresses the variety very well. Fresh, light acidity and almost imperceptible bitterness typical of the variety. Pleasant on the palate, smooth, full-bodied.
