Moonshiner Angel Street Cherry Gin is produced by macerating and distilling fresh, new-season cherries with a hint of rhubarb in Moonshiner's Australian native gin base — a small-batch gin built on urban-foraged botanicals from the inner west of Sydney, including lemon myrtle, local kumquats, and pomegranates. The cherry maceration delivers a deep red colour and stone fruit sweetness alongside creamy marzipan and almond notes on the nose, with the rhubarb providing a balancing tartness. The resulting cherry gin is distinctly fruit-forward while retaining the aromatic structure of the native botanical gin base. Bottled at 42% ABV in a 500mL format.

Moonshiner Gin Distillery is a small-batch distillery and 20-seat tasting room located in Newtown in Sydney's inner west, New South Wales. The distillery is built around urban foraging and local community sourcing: lemon myrtle from trees across the inner west, kumquats from a backyard in Enfield, and local pomegranates are among the botanicals sourced through friends and the local community.
