      Description

The wine shows a great concentration and intensity of passionfruit pulp, stone fruits, ripe citrus and fresh sage with a generous body and texture and precise acidity across the palate.

Very drinkable and extremely recommended to have with food.

      Winemaking Notes

The fruit was harvested in the cool of the early morning, gently pressed and the juice separated and cold settled before undergoing a steady fermentation at cold temperatures for two weeks.

The resulting wine was then cold and protein stabilized, filtered and bottled in a dry style with seamless residual sugar.

The generous fruit concentration and fruit sweetness is just one of its highlights.

We strongly recommend to enjoy the wine with food and hope that you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.

      Growing Conditions

Fiano is proving to have a great and natural adaptability to the growing conditions of the Clare Valley.
