Nikka Days is a Japanese blended whisky that draws on malt whisky from both Yoichi Distillery in Hokkaido — known for its heavy, slightly peated character from coal-fired pot stills — and Miyagikyo Distillery in Miyagi Prefecture, which produces a lighter, more delicate malt spirit on steam-heated pot stills. These malt whiskies are blended with grain whisky to produce an approachable, lighter-bodied style designed for daytime drinking and highball service. The blend emphasises bright citrus, floral, and soft fruit notes from Miyagikyo, with a gentle structure from Yoichi and the grain whiskies. Bottled at 40% ABV.

Nikka Whisky was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru — a Japanese chemist who studied whisky distilling in Scotland and returned to Japan to build the country's whisky industry. Nikka operates two distilleries: Yoichi Distillery in Hokkaido, established 1934, which uses coal-fired direct-flame pot stills to produce a heavy, peated, maritime spirit; and Miyagikyo Distillery near Sendai in Miyagi Prefecture, established 1969, which uses steam-heated pot stills for a lighter, more floral and fruity style. Nikka Days is a blended whisky combining malt and grain whiskies from both distilleries, designed for everyday drinking and versatile use in highballs and cocktails.
