Awatere Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2024 – Marlborough, NZ

From the windswept hills of Marlborough’s Awatere Valley comes a Sauvignon Blanc that crackles with energy and finesse. Fully destemmed and cool-fermented on fine lees, it delivers lifted aromas of lime, gooseberry and passionfruit, with hints of lemongrass and fresh herbs.

The palate is bright and dry, layered with green apple, lime zest and tropical citrus, softened by a gentle lees creaminess. A streak of minerality and crisp acidity drives a long, refreshing finish — pure Awatere in character: focused, coastal, and full of vitality.

Pair with: Fresh oysters, Thai salads, or goat cheese.
