A distinctive blend of selected casks previously used for Australian Pinot Noir, bourbon, American oak and Fondillon wine foudre brings depth and character to this expressive pineapple rum. Lush pineapple leads the palate, followed by warm oak and notes of dried fruit, before a smooth, sunlit finish reminiscent of late afternoon in White Bay.
