    • Description

Here’s where the Busker shows its wild Irish side. The Single Pot Still — uniquely Irish, unmistakably bold. In the glass, it shimmers a rich gold. The nose is rich with character: porridge oats, spice cupboard chaos, banana bread, cracked black pepper, green herbs, and orchard fruit on a windy day.

The first sip is textured, grippy, alive. Creamy malt wraps around baking spice, toasted barley, and a bite of green pepper. There’s an earthy honesty to it — nothing hidden. A flourish of sweet toffee and vanilla settles before the pot still heat returns like a drumbeat: insistent, rhythmic, thrilling.

Mid-palate, you get more depth: nutmeg, roasted grain, ripe apple, even a touch of ginger and clove. There’s a tactile oiliness here — chewy and bold, like a verse that demands to be sung.

The finish is long, warm, and rustic. You feel the grain, the spice, the heritage. It’s a whiskey that plays loud, sings proud, and holds the room. For lovers of flavour, not fuss.
