The Glenturret is Scotland's Oldest Operating distillery, producing some of the finest spirit in the Highlands, tracable all the way back to 1717. 

A slow, concentrated production process that nets less than half a million litres a year, with long fermentation in wooden washbacks and a single pair of hand-beaten stills that produce a fruity, complex new-make spirit, which is then aged in a mixture of American & European oak casks under the watchful eye of Robert Dalgarno, ex-Macallan Master Blender.

Over the last few years, The Glenturret has had a renaissance under new ownership, quickly becoming one of the most desirable premium Single Malts on the market, with exceptional quality whisky that is often compared to Macallan.

The Triple Wood is The Glenturret's most highly rated Single Malt.

A masterpiece of combined oak, reminiscent of some of Scotland's top Sherry Cask whiskies, the Triple Wood uses a combination of American & European Oak Sherry casks, as well as ex-Bourbon barrels to create a layered and complex dram.

This release was awarded the highest score in the distillery's history at the IWSC, where it received an Outstanding Gold, meaning a score of 99pts.

Vanilla and toffee, barley sugars and creamy malt combine with sherry soaked oak, cinnamon and ginger spice. Fruitcake and oak on the palate, with a sweet, long finish.
