Description
Made from Thibaud's finest plots in Anjou, the wine is named after his late mother, who tragically passed away from cancer when he was 17 years old. He makes this wine in her honor, and if he feels the wine does not live up to his mother’s name, he won’t make it.
This wine is made from 35 year old vines grown on shallow soils of grey schist and rhyolite (volcanic soil). Indigenous yeasts are used, and the wine is organic and biodynamic.
Dry, delicious and minerally, with a tight citric core of fruit, with notes of juicy green apple and pear ski
