The Tres Naus Brut Rose is a cava produced by Cellers Domenys at its historic 1918 Art Nouveau winery at Rocafort de Queralt, in the Conca de Barbera of inland Catalonia at around 566 metres altitude. The wine is made from Trepat, a red variety native to the Conca de Barbera that is prized locally for delicate rose and light red styles. Grown on calcareous soils at altitude, where cool nights preserve freshness and finesse, Trepat gives pale, aromatic wines of red-berry character rather than deep colour. As a non-vintage rose it is assembled to a consistent house style, blending across parcels and seasons to maintain its pale hue and bright red-fruit profile.

The Trepat was harvested and given a short skin maceration to draw out its characteristic pale, salmon-toned colour and delicate red-berry aromatics before pressing. The base wine was fermented in stainless steel, then tiraged for its second fermentation in bottle in the traditional method. It was matured on lees in bottle for around twelve months, building gentle creaminess and complexity while keeping the wine fresh and fruit-forward, before riddling, disgorgement and finishing as a Brut.
