William Fèvre Chablis Masterclass - A Premier Cru Tasting in Focus

On Thursday 12th March 2026, discover the soul of Chablis through the lens of Domaine William Fèvre, one of Burgundy’s most revered white wine producers. In this rare sit-down tasting, we deep-dive into six of Fèvre’s exceptional Premier Cru vineyards, each presented in two consecutive vintages: 2019 and 2020.

Guided by Pierre-Antoine Ballan, Asia Pacific Area Manager for Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite, this Masterclass will compare how vintage character and vineyard expression shape these chiseled, chalk-driven wines.

Expect piercing minerality, oyster-shell salinity, and precise citrus and stone fruit nuances, all wrapped in the fine lees texture that makes Fèvre’s wines both cerebral and sensual. From the floral finesse of Les Lys to the intensity of Montée de Tonnerre and the structure of Vaulorent, each flight offers a study in terroir and time.
