    • Description

Deep ruby red with violet tones. Intense and complex bouquet with red and black fruit notes (blueberry, blackberry, etc.). Balsamic and a little bit vanilla flavor. Well balanced, elegant and persistent aftertaste.

The wines are gravity driven table to tank, using délestage (submerged cap) tanks in fermenting red wine with skins and seeds for excellent fruit, soft tannins and deep color. The wines are bottled unfiltered and unstabilized in the traditional artisan style to preserve subtle aromas and flavors, while promoting richness, body and color.

    Belasco De Baquedano

Belasco De Baquedano is located at the base of the Aconcagua mountains, among the highest peaks in South Americas. They grow exclusively from original, French clones and boast some incredibly old vines, some have been growing for over 100 years. They practice green methods of growing in the crisp, pollution-free air with irrigation fed by glacial melts of naturally pure, melted snow. They specialize in the varieties the Mendoza region is best known for; Malbec and Torrontes and in each produce long lived, robust examples of the grapes. AR Guentota roughly translates to 'Cuyo's soul' in the language of the native Huarpes Indians - the first inhabitants of Mendoza river valley's Cuyo region.
