Sortilège Prestige is the premium expression in the Sortilège range, using a seven-year-old Canadian whisky as its base — seven years of ageing in oak barrels adding considerably more depth, complexity, and wood character to the whisky before it is blended with pure Quebec maple syrup. The seven-year base whisky contributes a more developed vanilla, caramel, spice, and oak structure compared to the younger whisky in the Original expression, producing a more sophisticated and layered finished product. Canada Grade A Extra Clear maple syrup is blended with the aged whisky at a lower sugar proportion than the 30% ABV liqueur, resulting in a higher-strength bottling of 40.9% ABV that showcases the aged whisky character more clearly. Available in a 750mL format.

The brand takes its name from the French word for 'enchantment' or 'spell', referencing a tradition that traces to the early settlers of New France — who brought whisky-making skills to the New World and combined them with the pure maple syrup produced from Quebec's abundant sugar maple forests. Sortilège uses only Canada Grade A Extra Clear pure Quebec maple syrup in all expressions, blended with Canadian whisky produced from Ontario rye grain and Canadian barley.
