The event refund policy will be updated approximately every 6 months. and is subject to change with 7 days notice.

All event tickets are sold on the basis of the following terms and conditions.

• Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the event; a full refund or credit available.
• Cancellations less than 7 days notice prior to the event; refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
• In the circumstance that an event is canceled due to government-imposed restrictions, a full refund or credit will be given, where possible.
• Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): As these are limited ticket events, cancellation more than 14 days, a full refund or credit is available.
• Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): cancellation less than 14 days, refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
• United Cellars requests all clients attending the event to provide full contact details, including dietary requirements.
