CEO'S PICK - WINE OF THE MONTH
Viñedos del Contino & Guillaume Thienpont Chorus Rioja 2024
A new global icon has emerged with its inaugural vintage exclusive to United Cellars. Chorus marks the coming together of two iconic forces in international wine - the Thienpont’s of Pomerol’s Vieux Chateau Certan and Le Pin fame with CVNE, the historic family-owned Rioja estate founded in back 1879. This is no vanity project and marks a new high point for Rioja.
Cirillo 1850 Grenache
From the oldest Grenache vineyard in the world comes this wine which is a global benchmark for this variety. These old vines have shone bright in the hot and dry 2019 vintage showcasing just how far Australia has come with this variety. This is not to be missed.
